time trial (003.3)

The Mondiale time trial frame is designed for use in either hilly events or in flat road time trials. the reduced size of the rear triangle, short wheelbase and aerodynamic tubing make this an excellent choice on a flat, fast road. The concealed headset, sloping top tube design allows the use of either dropped handlebars or inverted low-profile type handlebars, depending on the needs of the rider and the event.

The right tubing for this frame was not available "off the shelf" - instead, special tubing was designed and commissioned from Columbus (see link to their website below).

Normally, we supply this frame in small, medium and large sizes, with extra small, extra large and custom geometry to order.

We supply this frame with a USE aero seatpin, as used by the CSC Division One professional team, until 2002 captained by Laurent Jalabert.
